Step 1 Vehicle information Enter the registration if known and the complete 17-character VIN.
Enter the complete 17-character VIN. I, O and Q are not permitted.
Step 2 Upload photos and documents Upload clear vehicle identification photos and one supporting document.
VIN label or chassis number photos Upload clear photos of any VIN labels fitted to the vehicle. If the labels are missing, upload a clear photo of the stamped chassis/VIN number instead.
REQUIRED
Upload at least one VIN label photo or a photo of the stamped chassis/VIN number.
Proof of ownership or authority Upload a V5C logbook, purchase invoice or IVA certificate. If none are available, upload a driving licence or passport.

Maximum 10 files per section and 12 MB per file. If we make a production error, we will provide an appropriate remedy. Remakes caused by incorrect customer-supplied details, approved proofs or omitted measurements may be chargeable.

Due to the complexity of manufacturing these plates, there is currently a 6-week waiting list. Some parts, including embossed lettering, may need to be custom made in order to accurately recreate the original VIN plate. This is not a simple or quick turnaround process.
