Overview
At VINShield UK Ltd we manufacture replacement VIN labels, VIN plates, and vehicle identification stickers designed to match the original specifications of your vehicle. Many of our products are made to order using the information provided during checkout.
This policy explains when returns, exchanges, or refunds may be accepted.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return or replacement within 14 days of delivery if:
• The product received is defective
• The product arrived damaged during shipping
• The item supplied does not match the order confirmation
If your item qualifies, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after the returned item has been inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
Because many VIN labels and identification plates are custom manufactured using vehicle-specific information, items cannot normally be returned if:
• incorrect vehicle details were submitted during ordering
• the product was ordered in error
• the product has already been manufactured using the information provided
Please carefully review all VIN numbers, vehicle specifications, and order details before confirming your purchase.
Return Window
Return requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for return or replacement.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact us first so we can review the issue.

Please include:
• your order number
• photos of the item received
• a description of the issue
If the return is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back.
Return Shipping
Approved returns must be sent by mail to the address provided in the return instructions.
Unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect due to our error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for defective products within the 14-day return period.
If an item is faulty or incorrectly manufactured, we will provide a replacement once the original item has been returned and inspected.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once a custom VIN label or plate has entered manufacturing, the order cannot be cancelled.
