Where your item is too large for Royal Mail Postage, a courier will be used from either UPS, Parcelforce or Hermes.



Europe:

Worldwide:

- priority post with tracking

Shipping is calculated in the checkout process. All services available for the item/s you wish to purchase will be shown during checkout. Discount codes may not apply to shipping costs.



UPS: some areas accrue a rural delivery charge, this includes the Scottish Highlands. Some areas of Europe also fall into this extended area delivery charge and we may cancel or change the delivery method at our discretion based on your location.

Orders for bulkier items may be sent via courier at our discretion. We use Hermes, DPD, TNT, UPS and Parcelforce services. If your order is to be dispatched via this method you will receive an email from the courier.



Custom made item are not refundable , mistake by our self are corrected free of charge if reported within 30 days of receipt of the item.

For your own peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked or signed for service.
